Progress Report

First, for those wishing for a print form of DEEDS OF HONOR.   A POD version will appear.  I don’t know when yet, or have the details, but sales were good enough in the first couple of weeks of the e-book to trigger the “How would you feel about a POD version?” question from the powers that be.  And I said “Sure, fine, let’s do it.”    More when I know more.

Second, the new book is coming along nicely.

Third…it’s freezing here, as in many places, and the ice on the lily pond has not melted all day and probably won’t for several days.  Wish our pipes luck.  Multiple days below freezing here are hard on everyone’s plumbing.

Fourth, contest winner announcement will take longer than usual after the end of the contest because I’ve been extremely busy with some LifeStuff stuff and haven’t been getting the entries tagged & numbered daily…please be patient.  You still have two more days anyway, but I can’t promise a quick answer.   The concert I’m involved with organizing here is on the 25th, and I’m increasingly involved w/details of that as well as daily wordage on the book and other deadlined writing stuff.

Ohhh a print form of Deeds would be lovely!

Yay for the new book. 🙂

Freezing, does it happen often in your Corner of the world ?

Contest was a nice idea, thanks again, we can wait for the results, I think.

I, too, am liking the POD option. May hold out for that now.

Maybe I’ll get in another round of entries, maybe not.

Hooray you are making progress writing even with other life stuff. That is good news.

It is freezing (and more) here too. I hope it thaws before we run out of clean clothes, since I had to drain the pipes to the washing machine.

POD version – Yay. I hope that it comes to pass.
Stay warm. It has been nasty cold up here in the Northeast, though the temperature this winter bounces a lot. Just enough that I can’t get accustomed to the cold when it hits -in the low teen this weekend, 40’s last weekend!

I had to look up POD to figure out what it meant. *blush*

Not sure how it would work for overseas folks, or if it would be purely North American, but if it’s available in the UK I’d certainly be interested.

Please, please a POD. I don’t have ebooks available.

Kat: not sure if it helps, but you can read ebooks even without a Kindle or tablet (or other device). If you have a computer with internet access (and you’re posting here, so…) then you can read Kindle ebooks via Amazon’s free Kindle Reader program – download and install the software on your computer, and start reading. Or, if you’re dependent on library computers or such, they let you “read in the Cloud” so there’s no need to download anything. It’ll keep track of how far you got & open to the last page you were on.

Like I say, not sure if this info helps but if you weren’t already aware of the above, then it’s always another option.

(And yes, I like having a Real Book in my sweaty little paws.)

LOVING Deeds of Honor. I will also buy a POD, as the librarian blood runs thick in my veins.
